Pre-paid Parking Pass
Pre-paid exhibitor parking is only available at our San Mateo location only and costs $8 per pass. The parking fee is $10 at the gate. The pre-paid pass MUST be purchased 1 week before your show so we have time to mail it OR picked up on the Friday before your show.

Corner or Endcap Space – $175
Upgrade your booth to a corner or endcap space!
Internet – $15
(only needed for San Mateo Event, basic internet included in SF Event) Fee is for one account/computer.
Gift Bag Inserts – $60 for flyers & coupons.
Contact us if you are adding samples or product fee may be negotiated or waived.
Electricity Access – $10
Fee is for guaranteed access to electricity and is due by Oct 28th.
Wall Preference – $10
GUARANTEED placement against a wall and is due October 28th. These spaces are limited. Wall space is not for hanging. We cannot guarantee the usability of the wall as a display option. Please choose this option if you are not dependent on the wall for display but prefer not to be back to back with another vendor. For hanging banners or large displays please see Pipe & Drape Wall option.
Pipe & Drape Wall – $50
Request DUE Nov 1. Fee is for a pipe & drape backdrop, no arms, to be placed behind your table. The backdrop will be 6 feet tall and 8 – 10 feet wide.
A food permit is needed if there will be any sampling or distribution of ANY food.
Basic listing upgrade includes additional promotional text and a picture or logo.
